News
From February 2024, I will no longer be able to send things from Europe and things will be sent directly from Japan.
Shipping price is expected to be cheaper as I don't have to pay for 'Japan to me' shipping and customs, plus there are a wider range of shipping options.
Shipping things out might be also faster as I don't have to wait for weeks for the items.
I will have a full time job which might delay things, especially in the first few months of my moving (February-April), but I'm not planning to stop doing splits & orders.I understand if this situation is not favorable for everyone, but I hope many of you will still join my orders in the future and I will probably have more opportunity to grab rare merch.
I will mention this in my affected order's posts as well and update this carrd once I know the new shipping options & prices.
I. Orders
Usually I have 3 types of orders: preorders (pay on release), preorders/backorders (pre-payment), in-stock merch.1. Preorders (pay on release)
With these orders I usually offer box splits. At the time of claiming you don't have to pay for the items as I don't have to either.
Once I get payment notification I will collect the payments from the participants.Please ALWAYS claim with responsibility! Sometimes the release date is quite far away from the preorder date (half year etc.) but you should know your budget and save money for your claims. If you back out/ghost me before payment, I have to cover your part which is not cool. Obviously people who do this will be immediately blocked and blacklisted (even if they have other orders).
Because of this, I might turn down claims or ask for deposit in advance from people I don't find reliable. It's nothing personal, I just have to secure myself too.2. Preorders/Backorders (pre-payment)
Sometimes Japanese sites require pre-payments, in these cases I will ask for payments beforehand too.
These orders can be preorder box splits or custom orders (usually time limited or exclusive goods). These are first come first served, so I wouldn't hold claims without payment. Please pay by the time given by me to secure your items.Please only claim if you're willing to buy, don't ask for items you don't have money for (I clearly state the prices).3. In-stock items
Basically the same as pre-payment preorders, items can be claimed with payments. In this case I can hold your items for 1 week if you're interested.Please let me know if you change your mind! Others might be interested too. If you say you can pay by next week/day/etc. do it accordingly, don't make me run after you asking for payment. Those who are constantly making excuses and cancel their claims without notice might be ignored in the future.
II. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled mostly for two reasons:1. Not getting enough claims
This is especially applies to box splits. Unfortunately if I don't get enough claims for box items and I assume the items would be hard to sell later, I cancel the order.2. Cancelled from the producer side/Sold out
If the item got sold out or the manufaturer itself cancels the production, it cannot be helped, I cancel the order.In all cases, customers who already paid their items will get a full refund immediately.
III. Payments
All prices stated in USD ($).Payments available through Paypal or Revolut (Ko-fi in some cases).I will send you a Paypal/Revolut request and you can pay your items until the order deadline or agreed time.About Paypal fees:
My prices usually don't include Paypal fees.
Please always use Friends and Family ("sendig to a friend or family member" or "personal") option when you send me the payment. Otherwise the fees will be deducted from my side and I won't receive the full amount.Unfortunately I can't accept payment through Goods&Services anymore, so if you're nervous about the above option please refrain from buying from me. (You can always check my feedbacks in my Instagram highlights)In case you want to send me the payment directly (without me sending a request), please make sure to send it in USD. Sometimes Paypal automatically converts the currency to my local currency.
IV. Shipping
Items are sent from Japan.
Shipping price includes the shipping costs within Japan.Usually I'm sending out things in every 2-3 weeks depending on the amount of parcels I have and on my work schedule.I'm sending everything with Japan Post international posting service. Price depends on weight and destination, so I can only calculate shipping after I weigh the items.

Combining orders
I can combine shipping and hold your items up to 3 months (doesn't apply when the shipping is delayed).I usually ship everything with its original packaging (if not stated otherwise), if you wish to dispose of them to make the packet smaller, let me know.Please note: I am not responsible for lost or damaged shipment to you, it means I cannot give you a refund. I always prepare packets with care & safe packages (bubble wraps etc.).
If you didn't ask for tracking service I cannot check your packet's status, please ask your local post office whether they got it or not.
If your packet got redirected to me I can resend it if you pay the shipping price (with tracking! this time) again.
V. Customs
If you have any special requests for custom's declaration let me know before shipping (gift option, undervalue etc).
Custom fees have to be paid by you upon recieving, for more details please check your local regulations.
VI. Other
1. Item conditions
Please note I am not responsible for product defects, size misinterpretations etc. When I buy from second hand stores I always buy unopened goods and check the item conditions as much as possible.
I store the items in a non-smoking, pet-free environment.2. Orders from minors
I will accept claims from people under 18, but you will need parental permission. Please don't use family members, friends' cards, Paypal etc. without permission.3. Name change
Please let me know if your account has been deactivated or you changed your username, otherwise it will be hard for me to contact you.4. Feedback
